Our legal engineering team sits at the heart of everything we do and it is a truly unique role - they are account executives, product managers, legal advisors, customer success managers, designers and solutions architects all in one. Essentially, without our Legal Engineering team, Ivo would not exist! • Being a champion of the product and advocating for Ivo on customer onboarding calls, demos, webinars, events and conferences.
• Acting as a close and trusted advisor to our customers to help them integrate Ivo into their workflows and adopt best-in-class practices for scaling AI in their day-to-day work.
• Lead product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to the context of various law firm practice groups and in-house legal teams, asking questions to validate how Ivo can add value and then showcasing Ivo’s features and benefits relevant to each prospective client’s potential use cases.
• Implement (and oversee the implementation of) “Playbooks” for our customers derived from their precedents, templates, and historical agreements.
• Work closely with our engineers to improve the outputs of our models and with our designers to improve our UX / UI.
• Being the “Voice of the Customer,” by sharing customer insights and feedback with the product team to inform and shape product strategy and development. In this role, you will have a direct and significant impact on product decisions and our overall product roadmap

• have 2+ years of legal experience, either at a law firm or in-house legal or legal operations team and you want to break into tech and work in a more dynamic, customer facing role
• love working with clients and you thrive on helping them find creative and cutting edge ways to solve some of their thorniest challenges
• have outstanding presentation skills and are confident presenting to both legal and executive audiences, whether impromptu on a whiteboard or using presentations and demos
• have a "do what it takes" attitude. You're willing to dive into problems and solve them yourself — you won't have anyone to delegate to
• you are excited about the adventure of building a company and want to be part of something early-stage and hyper-dynamic
• would describe yourself as being relentlessly resourceful(and have examples to prove it
• have a strong internal sense of urgency. You have a bias towards doing things today, rather than tomorrow.

• Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive salary and equity packages. The USD salary range for this role is $190k - $210k (excluding equity). Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
