Experienced Operator – 7–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or Business Ops within high-growth B2B SaaS, with 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
Educated & Strategic – Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA a plus). You’ve built forecasting models with <10% variance, automated commission systems, and attribution dashboards that improved funnel ROI.
