Is responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that ensure high-quality, efficient and compassionate patient care. Incumbent will work collaboratively with the geographic leadership team, service line leaders to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving to align back with enterprise strategy. Has authority and accountability for the assigned geographic area, including patient satisfaction, quality of care, financial goals (Incumbent will have financial accountability for budget and revenue for the assigned geographic area), and responsibility of managing all capital expenditures.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
Bachelor's: Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
15 years of recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Demonstrated knowledge in areas of physician practice operations, financing, and managed care business. Prior experience in a managed care market is required.
Demonstrated record of developing highly effective working relationships with physicians.
Communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation.
Practical leadership skills and decision-making skills.

Pay Range is $129.28 to $206.85 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
