Sr. Client Partner

DoubleVerify is a leader in digital performance solutions delivering transparency and accountability across digital advertising. The Senior Client Partner will manage and grow relationships with top East Coast clients and media agencies, driving net-new revenue by strategically upselling and cross-selling DV's suite of verification, viewability, brand safety, and analytics solutions.

Skills

  • Proven account growth and consultative selling experience
  • Deep knowledge of digital advertising (display, video, mobile) and programmatic ecosystems
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to review product usage and surface opportunities
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales pipeline management
  • Experience engaging with media agencies and brand-side stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of top existing accounts to drive upsells, cross-sells, and net-new revenue
  • Develop strategic, client-specific value propositions and cultivate senior stakeholder relationships
  • Identify gaps in product usage and partner with internal teams to onboard and expand solutions
  • Lead responses to RFPs/RFIs and present QBRs with insights from account data
  • Maintain revenue pipeline and provide timely reporting in Salesforce
  • Coordinate with Programmatic and Social specialists to ensure smooth product adoption
  • Represent DoubleVerify at industry events, webinars, and client communications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant background in marketing, advertising, business, or communications preferred
