Finance is the engine of the global economy. It decides which ideas get built, which companies rise, and how resources are allocated. Yet it runs on slow tools and outdated technology.
Our mission is to transform finance. We’re building the AI analyst that makes every banker, investor, and executive smarter, faster, and more creative. When finance works better, capital flows more efficiently, innovation accelerates, and progress compounds across the entire economy. We’re not building generic AI. We are purpose-built for financial services, already working with the world’s largest banks, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Ten years from now, every financial institution will run on Rogo.
Rogo's customer success associates are former bankers and investors who guide top financial institutions on how to apply AI in their day-to-day workflows and long-term strategy. You’ll lead client engagements from onboarding through upsell, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos that resonate with investors and deal teams. You’ll contribute to bottom-line growth through upsell identification and churn mitigation.
Lead product onboardings and workshops tailored to the context of various financial firms, showcasing Rogo's features and benefits relevant to each prospective client’s potential use cases.
Developing 1:1 relationships with users across accounts to build trust, uncover customer needs, and ensure each user sees tangible value from the product, ultimately driving higher adoption and long-term revenue retention.
Establish yourself as a credible expert in solving customers’ specific problems (e.g., public company financial research, M&A advisory, company diligence workflows).
Drive bottom-line revenue success by using customer performance metrics to 1) identify and deliver on upsell opportunities and 2) identify and prevent customer churn.
