Senior Physician Recruiter

Diana Health is a high-growth network of modern women's health practices focused on delivering individualized, comprehensive care through integrated teams and smart technology. They are seeking a Senior Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle physician (and occasional APP) recruiting, build long-term talent pipelines, and deliver a white-glove candidate experience to support rapid clinical team growth.

Skills

  • Deep healthcare and physician recruiting knowledge
  • Full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing
  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (pref. Greenhouse)
  • Understanding of physician compensation models and credentialing
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Project and time management in fast-paced environments
  • Experience working independently and remotely
  • Proficient with Google Suite and recruitment reporting

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, credentialing coordination, and offer facilitation
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, networks, residency programs, and digital platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency/fellowship programs, and physician networks to create talent pipelines
  • Collaborate with recruiting leadership, clinical operations, HR, and marketing to align hiring strategy and promote opportunities
  • Coordinate interviews, site visits, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Assist in drafting, negotiating, and closing employment offers in partnership with leadership, HR, and legal
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and deliver regular reports to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, organizational policies, and credentialing standards

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field (required)
  • Master's degree in related field (preferred)
