Responsibilities
- Define and own technical architecture blueprints from pre-sales to post-sales for enterprise customers.
- Advise on integrations across telephony, chat platforms, CRM, workforce management, and automation tooling.
- Collaborate with Sales, Pre-sales Solution Engineers, Product, Engineering, and Success teams to align technical solutions with customer needs.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support implementation teams during onboarding to ensure smooth technical handoffs and successful deployments.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, document action items, and keep complex projects on track across multiple timelines.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MS, MBA) or relevant certifications preferred but not required
