Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the CEO and leadership team, including calendar management and communication coordination.
- Plan, facilitate, and support executive and company-wide meetings and events to drive alignment and effective information flow.
- Lead planning and execution of organizational initiatives and cultural programs to strengthen employee engagement and leadership visibility.
- Manage internal resources, systems, and processes to optimize workplace operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
