Coursera is hiring a Vice President of Product Management to enhance the learner experience and drive product growth through innovative strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities: Lead the development of a comprehensive strategic vision for the learner journey, oversee product roadmaps, and manage a team of 12 Product Managers to optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, expertise in product management methodologies, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a focus on strategic product initiatives and customer needs.
Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in product management and leadership, with a proven track record in product-led growth and nurturing high-performance teams; a degree in a technical field is preferred.
Location: Remote within the US with flexibility in workspace choices.
Compensation: $275000 - $325000 / Annually

As the Vice President of Product Management at Coursera, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the learner journey from onboarding through renewal. You will be responsible for creating a cohesive, engaging, and personalized user experience that encourages lifelong learning and builds a strong relationship between learners and the platform. Your leadership will drive key improvements in acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics. This role requires a visionary leader who can work cross-functionally to design and implement a platform that leverages AI to craft deeply personal learning experiences. You will directly manage a team of 12 Product Managers and need to influence key stakeholders across design, engineering, data, and enterprise functions.

The range listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Salary is just one component of Coursera’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSU’s. A number of factors are taken into account when determining pay, which includes: job level, location, training/education, business need, skill set and internal equity.
