Responsibilities
- Partner with technical stakeholders to understand customer data models and business logic
- Define and document data requirements to support use cases in the Courier Health platform
- Apply and validate business logic to ensure customer data loads correctly into the platform
- Validate platform data against customer systems and troubleshoot discrepancies
- Configure and maintain customer workflows and Standard Operating Procedures in the platform
- Support technical setup including SSO and API integrations
- Perform ad hoc customer data analysis and contribute to product support processes
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on product enhancements and assist with functional acceptance testing
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of experience in data analyst, customer engineer, or similar roles
