Responsibilities
- Define and lead the roadmap for AI tools, automations, and employee-facing platforms used by operations teams
- Automate repetitive support tasks and simplify complex workflows to improve agent throughput and consistency
- Specify success metrics, write clear product specs, and guide engineering and cross-functional partners
- Ensure platform resilience with monitoring, fallback mechanisms, and clear operational ownership
- Use data, experimentation, and customer/agent feedback to iterate and optimize the platform
- Balance near-term execution with long-term scalability and maintainability
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field (e.g., CS, engineering, business)
- Advanced degrees or continued education in product, data, or AI-related fields are a plus
