Our team has lived at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity. Collectively, we've led security at some of the world’s largest companies, driven cybersecurity policy efforts in the US government, and published AI research at Stanford.
We’re building an entirely new category of security tooling. We call this category ACSM: Agentic Coding Security Monitoring: a proactive, embedded approach to securing AI-generated code inside the code generation loop.
We’re looking for our first Recruiter to help us design, build and run recruiting at Corridor. This is a foundational role with real ownership: shaping our recruiting process, and partnering closely with leadership to help us scale ambitiously and thoughtfully.
Own Technical Recruiting End to End
Source, screen, and close senior technical talent, focusing on all technical roles across the org.
Experiment with new sourcing channels, messaging, and outreach approaches
Run candidate screens, coordinate interviews, manage work trials, and guide candidates through decision-making.
Maintain an excellent candidate experience and engagement while moving quickly and decisively.
Proactively follow up, unblock stuck processes, and act as a true owner of recruiting outcomes.
Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and add additional automation to improve organization and coordination across the team.
Build the Recruiting Engine
Design and iterate on Corridor’s recruiting approach from the ground up that scales with the team.
Develop creative sourcing strategies across outbound, inbound, referrals, and networks.
Help define what “great” looks like for engineering profiles as the company evolves.
Create an arsenal of effective messaging that makes Corridor stand out in a noisy hiring market.
Partner Closely with Leadership
Work directly with founders, engineering leaders, and operations to deeply understand hiring needs and priorities.
Provide clear signal on pipeline health, candidate quality, and hiring velocity.
Use your recruiting expertise to be a thought leading partner to leadership, helping them make confident, well informed hiring decisions.
3+ years of experience recruiting in for highly technical roles, ideally at high growth startups.
Experience with a variety of recruiting tools including sourcing tools, ATS, outbound sequencing tools, compensation benchmarking tools, etc.
Clear communicator with ownership mindset and strong organizational skills
Background recruiting in security domains is a strong plus.
