- 3+ years professional experience (SaaS preferred)
- Advanced Excel and general data analysis skills
- Process mapping and flow chart experience (Miro preferred)
- Data visualization experience (Tableau preferred)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with procurement and vendor management
- Basic AI literacy for business use cases
- Project management skills and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative aspects of the field tech stack including implementation, user management, and day-to-day maintenance
- Perform data hygiene tasks across field systems to ensure accurate reporting and metrics
- Own usage reporting and analysis across multiple systems and produce insights for stakeholders
- Support vendor renewals, procurement, and evaluate user and use-case expansion
- Collaborate with regional operations, enablement, marketing, product and other teams to improve tool integration and adoption
- Analyze and optimize system-driven processes to scale for growth and efficiency, including enablement delivery and predictive modeling workflows
- Contribute to team project management and build project plans for software systems and process improvements
- Perform in-depth analysis and provide insights into key business metrics
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
- Relevant certifications or coursework in data, analytics, or project management considered a plus
