Operations Coordinator - Remote

Honor Technology is a mission-driven leader in aging care innovation, supporting older adults and a large network of Care Pros through technology and services. The Operations Coordinator will ensure seamless, real-time staffing and scheduling, manage urgent client and Care Pro communications, and maintain documentation and compliance while working set remote shifts.

Skills

  • 3+ years in customer service or operations within healthcare, staffing, or call center environments.
  • Hands-on experience with real-time scheduling, dispatch, or triage.
  • Tech fluent with experience using CRMs, EMRs, workforce management tools, and multiple platforms simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven de-escalation and empathy capabilities.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to commit to set remote shifts and mandatory training.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate same-day caregiver staffing and make timely schedule adjustments to meet client needs and preferences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for urgent client and family issues, providing empathetic, clear, and prompt communication.
  • Execute operational tasks including check-ins, staffing activities, inbound communications, and task acceptance.
  • Resolve service delivery challenges with urgency and professionalism, escalating per policy when needed.
  • Accurately document client updates, staffing changes, and escalations to maintain regulatory and company standards.
  • Deliver tailored updates to owners, clients, families, and Care Pros based on audience and communication preferences.
  • Meet KPIs such as phone answer rate, task acceptance rate, and time available for tasks and calls.
  • Attend two-week full-time training (on-camera) and consistently work assigned shifts.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
