Job Summary

Responsible for managing call routing in a multi-site environment to ensure an efficient workload and workforce balance while supporting the organizations' vision, mission and customer access strategies. Serves as a liaison and contact for supporting internal and external vendor relationships. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors and may manage business support/technical staff. Has accountability for managing financial resources. Provides subject matter guidance to employees. Has overall responsibility for developing/administering performance standards for organizational unit. Develops processes and procedures to implement functional strategies.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and create forecast models reflecting current data, information, and assumptions to increase forecasting accuracy and constantly reviewing output to identify opportunities for enhancements.
  • Analyze trends, seasonal patterns, historical data and external and internal factors to identify potential needs and gaps.
  • Identify key business issues and projects that have an impact to short-term and long-rang forecasting plans.
  • Understand and implement forecasting and business planning processes.
  • Manages the Workforce Management staff in long range and short range forecasting teams.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

Primary Location Pay Range: $84,905.04 - $127,357.56

This job can be performed in Illinois with a Pay Range of $77,186.40 - $127,357.56

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Bachelor's Degree
