The role
Clifford Chance US LLP is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment for our Business Professional (staff) teams across the Americas region. Our business professionals functions include Finance, Technology, Business Development, Marketing, Communications and PR, Human Resources, Business Operations, Resource and Practice management, project management, knowledge and information, secretarial and support staff. In this role, you will focus on delivering exceptional client service, driving continuous process improvements, enhancing employer branding, and implementing effective recruiting strategies, with an emphasis on leveraging technology and efficiency. You will have strong experience in developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans, with the ability to drive business objectives through recruitment effort for the region. You will be a member of our Experienced Hire Talent Acquisition team and collaborating with TA Specialists globally, whilst also embedded within our US HR team and ensuring that regional hiring practices are aligned. The position can be based in Washington DC or Houston.

Your experience
Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $130,000 – $150,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
