The Director of Program Coordination supports the Associate Chief Medical Officer (ACMO) of Acute Care and Inpatient Operations in executing clinical, administrative and operational priorities across the acute and inpatient care continuum. Given the overlap with other physician executives, additional support will be provided to other physician executives on occasion as needed. This individual plays a critical leadership role in advancing key initiatives, managing a diverse portfolio of programs and projects, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions in partnership with executive medical leadership. The role serves as a connector across departments, helping align operational, clinical, and administrative teams to support high-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and collaboration skills to manage initiatives, facilitate cross-functional teams, and influence outcomes across a complex healthcare environment.

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $43.23/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
This position is not eligible to work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
