Skills
- Strong business analysis and process mapping skills
- Solid understanding of AI concepts (ML, NLP, generative AI)
- Experience with backlog and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience with BI tools and data visualization platforms
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development
Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes to identify AI-driven automation and efficiency opportunities
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather workflows, pain points, and AI application ideas
- Document and map current and future process states, including process flows and data requirements
- Develop business cases for AI initiatives with ROI and efficiency metrics
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage and prioritize the AI project backlog in coordination with VP of Innovation and engineering
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, identify risks/dependencies, and report status
- Support user acceptance testing, training, and change management for AI rollouts
- Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams and present findings to stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
