Responsibilities
- Serve as Program Manager on a DoD contract, leading a team that plans and executes ~3 large and ~3 smaller events annually
- Oversee all event phases: concept, marketing, vendor selection/negotiation, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis
- Manage contract and event budgets, track vendor estimates and government approvals, and coordinate reconciliations with Finance and Contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government personnel (including COR) and internal stakeholders
- Act as communications liaison among event teams, Arlo leadership, and government clients
- Identify, manage, and mitigate contract and event risks and maintain quality control processes
- Prepare project management deliverables, schedules, and detailed tracking of deliverables and milestones
- Design and execute administrative processes, including inventory of event materials and contingency planning
Education
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field (required)
- Advanced degree or professional certifications preferred (e.g., PMP)
