Responsibilities
- Design and operate the intake, scoring, prioritization, and quarterly portfolio engine that aligns programs to OKRs
- Personally lead flagship, high-visibility programs while delegating and coaching program managers on other initiatives
- Establish governance: executive dashboards, steering cadences, health checks, and stage gates
- Hire, mentor, and develop a small team of program managers across U.S. and Philippines time zones
- Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to resolve dependencies between Service, GTM, Business Apps, QA and Product
- Measure and drive continuous improvement using metrics (cycle time, on-time delivery, adoption, customer impact)
- Lead change management for new processes and tools, including rollout planning, training, and adoption tracking
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred but not required
