Responsibilities
- Set vision and implement strategic plan for national reentry programming
- Design and scale vocational pathways, supportive services, and social enterprise offerings
- Oversee operations and excellence across a 31-site multi-state portfolio
- Manage program budgeting and resource allocation in partnership with Finance
- Develop program standards, performance metrics, and data-driven evaluation systems
- Cultivate partnerships with employers, funders, government, and community organizations
- Lead, mentor, and build leadership capacity across program teams nationwide
- Represent CEO externally at conferences, policy forums, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure compliance with funder, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Travel nationally to support sites, partners, and stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred but not required
- Open to diverse educational backgrounds and lived experience
