Responsibilities
- Set and implement national and regional vocational program strategy in partnership with senior leadership
- Ensure portfolio sites meet performance targets and operate sustainably
- Recruit, mentor, and develop regional program leaders and local staff
- Design, pilot, and scale vocational models responsive to labor market needs
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal accountability for program portfolio
- Oversee data collection, evaluation, and reporting for multi-site grants and contracts
- Cultivate employer, community, government, and funder partnerships
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and funder requirements
- Represent CEO externally at conferences, coalitions, and policy forums
- Travel regionally to support sites and stakeholders
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- Master’s degree in public policy, social impact, workforce development, or related field preferred but not required
