Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the transition and ongoing development of the Single Source platform, a customer data platform designed for faith-based organizations. This role requires both project management expertise and Scrum Master experience, ensuring Agile practices are followed while maintaining alignment with business and technical goals.

Responsibilities

• Project & Sprint Planning – Create and maintain detailed project and sprint plans, outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Agile Leadership – Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Team Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and priorities.

• Progress Tracking – Monitor deliverables and team velocity, ensuring commitments are met and blockers are removed.

• Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks, proactively address impediments, and work with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.

• Reporting – Provide transparent updates on project progress, sprint metrics, and key outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in software development projects.

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running ceremonies.

• Hands-on with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).

• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with distributed teams.

• Ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder reporting.

• Experience working with technical teams and ability to translate between business and engineering.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
