We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the transition and ongoing development of the Single Source platform, a customer data platform designed for faith-based organizations. This role requires both project management expertise and Scrum Master experience, ensuring Agile practices are followed while maintaining alignment with business and technical goals.
Project & Sprint Planning – Create and maintain detailed project and sprint plans, outlining tasks, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Agile Leadership – Act as Scrum Master, facilitating daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Team Coordination – Serve as the main point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of objectives and priorities.
Progress Tracking – Monitor deliverables and team velocity, ensuring commitments are met and blockers are removed.
Risk & Issue Management – Identify risks, proactively address impediments, and work with stakeholders on mitigation strategies.
Reporting – Provide transparent updates on project progress, sprint metrics, and key outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Proven experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in software development projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience running ceremonies.
Hands-on with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills with distributed teams.
Ability to manage timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder reporting.
Experience working with technical teams and ability to translate between business and engineering.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
