This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale an innovative live commerce platform, connecting buyers and sellers through interactive video experiences. · Lead end-to-end planning and execution of programs that enhance live commerce operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
· Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Trust & Policy, Legal, Marketing, and Product, to drive timely and successful delivery of initiatives.
· Develop multi-phase project plans outlining scope, resources, timelines, and budgets.
· Monitor program progress, identify risks, and report key milestones and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
· Facilitate collaboration, resolve issues, and drive alignment across teams to maintain operational efficiency.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation in live commerce operations.
· Evaluate program performance, gather stakeholder feedback, and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, ideally within tech, entertainment, or live commerce environments.
· Proven track record managing large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
· Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, including experience presenting complex issues to executive audiences.
· Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
· Experience in tracking KPIs, analyzing data, and using insights to refine program design and execution.
· Competitive base salary: $84,800 – $146,900 (depending on location, skills, and experience).
