As a Technical Program Manager III, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-impact digital programs across multiple organizational pillars. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate collaboration, and ensure that complex initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with strategic objectives. This role requires balancing big-picture vision with meticulous attention to execution, enabling successful outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. You will serve as a key connector between engineering, infrastructure, security, data, and analytics teams, ensuring seamless program delivery. Your influence will help drive operational excellence, risk mitigation, and strategic alignment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Lead planning, execution, and operational phases of strategic programs, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
· Facilitate cross-functional discussions to proactively resolve blockers, maintain alignment, and achieve program goals.
· Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and risk/issue logs (RAID).
· Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders across digital and business teams to align work with organizational objectives.
· Coordinate globally distributed engineering teams, leveraging Agile and hybrid methodologies to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
· Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across multiple initiatives to maintain program integrity.
· Communicate program updates and outcomes clearly to executives and other stakeholders.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
· 3–5+ years of technical program management experience in Business Technology or Digital organizations.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with project stakeholders and executives.
· Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience managing complex project risks and issues.
· Experience working with globally distributed teams and navigating technical and organizational complexity.
· Skilled in Agile and hybrid project delivery methodologies.
· High emotional intelligence (EQ), self-awareness, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
