In this entry-level role, you’ll play a key part in both the coordination and design of learning experiences that help our employees thrive.
As a member of the Human Resources team, approximately 50% of your time will be dedicated to managing the logistics that ensure the smooth delivery of HR programs – including scheduling, internal communications, and administrative coordination. The remaining 50% will focus on supporting the design, development, and upkeep of engaging, modern learning content that aligns with organizational goals and enhances the employee experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a creative problem-solver, and a team player with an eye for detail. The candidate enjoys coordinating moving pieces, learning new tools, and contributing to content that supports others’ success. Whether it’s formatting a presentation, updating eLearning modules, or scheduling upcoming learning events, the candidate brings energy, ownership, and curiosity to their work.
