About the Role:
At Camunda, we believe in empowering people to bring ideas to life — and our sales teams are no exception. We’re looking for an RFx Manager who thrives at the intersection of process, collaboration, and storytelling. In this role, you’ll own and drive the end-to-end proposal process for our SaaS and On-Premise solutions, ensuring that every RFP, RFI, and questionnaire tells Camunda’s story clearly, consistently, and competitively. You’ll partner across teams, streamline how we work with tools like Loopio and Salesforce, and help us win more business by delivering world-class responses that reflect the impact of our technology.
What you'll be doing:
Lead and manage the full RFx lifecycle (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs), ensuring timely, high-quality, and compliant responses.
Serve as the administrator of Loopio, building and maintaining content libraries, templates, and automation with Salesforce to accelerate response time.
Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to gather accurate information and create compelling proposals.
Proofread, edit, and refine responses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with Camunda’s brand voice.
Facilitate review sessions with stakeholders, aligning inputs and approvals to deliver strong, unified responses.
Track, analyze, and report on RFx activity and outcomes, using data to improve efficiency and close rates.
What you bring:
Proven experience managing RFP/RFx/RFI processes, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Hands-on experience with RFP tools (Loopio, RFPIO, or similar) and Salesforce automation.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines across time zones.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
Collaborative mindset — able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and build trust quickly.
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Compensation
We offer fair, transparent, and competitive compensation. For new hires, we typically place candidates in the first half of the range, allowing room for growth over time.
Annual Total Cash (base salary + 100% variable, where applicable):
United States: $100,500.00 to $150,700.00
Germany: €66,800.00 to €100,200.00
United Kingdom: £65,100.00 to £97,700.00
Singapore: S$124,800.00 to S$187,100.00
