Director, Outbound Sales

Cadence is a fast-growing healthtech company building a remote care delivery system that keeps older adults healthy and out of the hospital by combining daily clinical oversight with AI-powered workflows. The Director, Outbound will lead the outbound call center team, drive conversion and retention strategies, oversee metrics and training, and partner cross-functionally to optimize patient engagement and operational efficiency.

Skills

  • Proven outbound call center leadership with demonstrated team scaling experience
  • Strong data-driven decision making and KPI analysis
  • Experience with call center software and analytics tools (Regal, Metabase preferred)
  • Budgeting and operational management
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and care teams
  • Adult healthcare or healthtech experience preferred, especially remote patient monitoring

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of outbound agents and supervisors, including hiring and performance development.
  • Design and execute call center strategies to increase conversion, efficiency, and patient engagement.
  • Monitor and report on call center KPIs and operational metrics to senior leadership.
  • Implement and maintain training programs to upskill agents and supervisors.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and care delivery to align outreach and patient experience.
  • Manage call center budget and ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Promote quality assurance practices to ensure high-quality call interactions and patient satisfaction.
  • Build tactics to maximize conversion of warm, qualified leads into active patients.
  • Develop retention strategies and initiatives to improve patient lifetime value.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required
