AVP, Commercial Partnerships

Braze is a leading customer engagement platform focused on helping brands create meaningful, cross-channel customer experiences. The Global AVP, Commercial Partnerships will lead a small global team to develop and execute partnership strategies across technology and service partners, driving pipeline, revenue, and partner-delivered customer outcomes.

Skills

  • Proven track record building and scaling SaaS partner programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Global leadership experience managing distributed teams and complex cross-regional initiatives
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer teams
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, dashboards and program ROI
  • Deep familiarity with agency, martech and technology partner ecosystems

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a global partnerships strategy for technology and service partners aligned to corporate growth goals
  • Lead and mentor a global team of regional directors and individual contributors across AMER, EMEA and APJ
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through co-selling, joint GTM plans and measurable initiatives
  • Create repeatable, scalable partner programs to accelerate pipeline velocity and partner experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, BDRs, Marketing, CX and Enablement to align partner initiatives to local markets
  • Manage key partner relationships across agencies, consultancies and technology providers to secure reciprocal business outcomes
  • Define and report KPIs and dashboards to measure program performance and present results to leadership
  • Evangelize Braze’s value to the partner ecosystem and represent the company at industry events

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced degree (MBA) preferred but not required
