Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account and sales action plans to increase revenue and acquire new accounts
- Generate added-value business with existing clients and manage consistent growth within assigned accounts
- Prospect, qualify, and develop leads through warm calls, research, and outreach
- Maintain regular client contact to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs
- Collaborate closely with customer service, accounting, and operations to deliver solutions
- Prepare sales forecasts, weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, and post-event analyses
- Negotiate contracts and agreements and act as liaison between clients and internal teams
- Represent the company at conventions, conferences, and trade shows as needed
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of related sales or account management experience
