Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, risk, and revenue portfolios
- Build and maintain trust with key executives and champions in each account
- Advocate for customer needs within BigID across teams
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews to align on goals and outcomes
- Collaborate with Sales and Services to drive renewals, cross-sell, and upsell
- Identify and mitigate risks through cross-functional plans
- Stay current on industry trends to recommend product improvements

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) required
