Skills

Responsibilities
- Deploy standardized engagement models for clear communication with customers and teams.
- Promote best practices, playbooks, and process optimizations for scalable offerings.
- Partner with customers to understand business objectives and align BigID products to maximize retention and growth.
- Build and maintain trusted advisory relationships with key stakeholders and technical professionals.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks affecting contract entitlements and delivery outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to optimize client success and synergies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred.
