BetterUp is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our amazing recruiting team. No two days are the same and we need an agile, creative, problem-solver to support our Recruiters and Hiring Managers in scheduling and coordinating interviews. Helping to design and deliver a stellar candidate experience, you will have your hands in the recruiting process, and drive projects and programs to up-level the way we hire here at BetterUp. You will have exposure across the entire organization, and it’s a great stepping stone to other roles within the Talent Acquisition space.
What you’ll do:
Schedule all interviews and debrief sessions including phone screens, video screens, remote onsite interviews, and some in-person interviews
Respond to candidate e-mails or scheduling tasks within 24 hours
Manage all candidate questions and concerns with a sense of urgency, empathy, and quality “customer experience”
Work closely with Recruiters to craft and deliver an amazing standard for candidate experience
Create and manage templates and processes using our ATS
Manage interviewer pools, load balancing and proactive capacity planning
Proactively identify efficiency opportunities and drive forward solutions
Conduct ATS analytics and reporting
Drive and collaborate on various talent operations projects aimed at improving recruitment processes and overall candidate experience
Help drive forward recruiting operations and recruiting programs/projects
If you have all of the following, please apply:
At least 2 years experience as a recruiting coordinator in a growth stage start-up,
Experience scheduling for go-to-market departments is highly preferred
Experience proactively identifying efficiency opportunities and implementing associated process changes
Experience reporting and managing the back-end operations of an ATS, ideally Ashby (eg job set up, pulling reports)
Positive attitude and curiosity to grow and learn
Empathy and care about people to ensure a great candidate experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Process driven and always looking to make improvements
Comfortable with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
Incredibly organized, switching between several tasks

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this role is as follows: $48,500 - $66,500
