We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help design, build, and scale the systems that power our go-to-market motion across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will own RevOps systems, projects end-to-end and have direct impact on how Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing operate as the company grows.
You will partner with our Director of Revenue Operations to design and implement the core systems that power our go-to-market motion, including CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, forecasting, reporting, and operating cadence. You will turn an evolving GTM motion into something scalable, measurable, and repeatable.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys building structure from first principles.
Own and evolve Avoca’s GTM tech stack, including Clay, Nooks, Zapier, etc
Administer HubSpot at an admin level, covering data model, workflows, automations, reporting, and stage governance.
Design and implement scalable lifecycle stages, routing, SLAs, handoffs, territory models, and capacity planning.
Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, velocity, forecasting, and rep productivity.
Ensure CRM data quality through de-duplication, attribution fixes, validation rules, and governance standards.
Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to unblock teams and support GTM execution.
Lead strategic RevOps initiatives from problem identification through delivery, including tool evaluations and process improvements.
4 to 7 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Revenue Strategy at a high-growth SaaS company, Series A to C preferred
Proven experience designing stage governance, routing rules, and territory models
Experience with post-sales operations such as renewals, expansion, and churn is a strong plus
Track record of owning and delivering complex projects autonomously
HubSpot power user at the admin level, including workflows, custom objects, and reporting
Hands-on experience with Chili Piper, Clay, and Zapier, or similar tools
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Nooks
Comfortable using AI-powered workflow tools such as Attention or Notion AI
Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Looker, or Tableau is a plus
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
