Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination for early-career hiring programs and candidate workflows
- Maintain and ensure data integrity for weekly Recruiter Progress Reports
- Manage tracking systems for interview improvement plan implementation
- Distribute and collect candidate experience surveys to gather feedback
- Collaborate on development and use of visualization tools for recruiting data analysis
- Conduct audits of job posting processes, interview stages, forms, and permissions
- Execute ad-hoc projects to support the recruiting team
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current student or recent college graduate preferred but not required
