The strategic-minded Senior Vice President (SVP) of Commercial Development serves as a key partner to the CEO, with a focus on revenue growth, strategic initiatives, and commercial operations across our four mountains. This individual will be a catalyst for growth and innovation, driving alignment across departments, managing high-impact capital projects, and shaping the resort’s long-term commercial strategy. The SVP of Commercial Development will lead cross-functional teams, oversee guest experience optimization, identify new business opportunities, and work closely with department heads in mountain operations to ensure our resorts remain competitive, and aligned with our company values and strategic goals. This person reports to the CEO of Aspen Skiing Company.
The budgeted salary range for this position is $175,000 - 225,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
