Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for an Account Executive (Healthcare)

Overview:

Join a rapidly growing healthcare company making a difference in senior care transitions! As an Account Executive, you will be the face of the company, working with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and discharged families to connect them with the best senior living or in-home care options. This is a remote, quota-driven sales role with high growth potential—perfect for a hungry, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate daily qualified patient referrals from assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Build and grow a book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory.
  • Network, cold call, and conduct service presentations to expand contacts within accounts.
  • Educate families on senior care options and guide them through the transition process.
  • Partner with Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to meet monthly move-in quotas.
  • Test and provide feedback on new sales initiatives, CRM tools, and processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and doctors.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).

Experience:

  • 3+ years of outside sales experience (individual contributor role).
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and collaborating with teams.
  • Experience presenting to clients, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Healthcare/hospital sales experience (highly preferred).

Other:

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and adaptable to change.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel locally 5 days/week within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

  • $100,000 – $140,000 per year (base + commission/bonus structure).
