Job Description

Sales Manager Job Duties/Responsibilities include:

  • Overseas team of Account Executives
  • Works with Processors and Operations to bring loan to consummation
  • Recruit and Train Wholesale Account Executives
  • Maintains a working knowledge of Non-QM mortgage guidelines and program updates
  • This Regional Manager position works on-site in our Tampa, FL Office

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Audit, Financial Skills, Financial Software, CRM Experience, Customer Service, Confidentiality, Analyzing Information, Decision Making, Verbal Communication.
  • Minimum 2 years mortgage experience
  • Must have active NMLS licenses, but would interview the right candidate that works for a depository
  • Proven track record
  • Byte experience a plus
  • References required up to hire

Job Type: Full-time On-site
