Ascend Learning is seeking an International Account Manager to support B2B client relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive contract usage for their NASM brand, focusing on long-term partnerships and upselling opportunities.
Responsibilities: Manage client relationships for NASM international partners, provide exceptional support, conduct check-ins and business reviews, track contract usage, identify upsells, and drive renewal processes to enhance client loyalty.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical skills, customer-focused approach, results-oriented with the ability to solve problems creatively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields, experience in account management or B2B sales, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and familiarity with CRM tools.
Location: This position is based in New York City, New York, United States with limited domestic and international travel up to 10%.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $110,000.

The Account Manager for B2B Client Support will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships. This individual will focus on supporting client needs, driving contract consumption, increasing client retention rates, and identifying upselling opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding client requirements, maximizing value for the client, and aligning the company’s growth objectives.
