- 5+ years recruiting for GTM roles, preferably at high-growth software startups
- Proven full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build rapport with hiring managers and leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using ATS and tracking recruiting metrics
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs across GTM teams
- Own full-cycle recruiting for roles across growth, marketing, business development, operations, and administrative functions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build high-quality candidate pipelines
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring best practices, candidate experience, and market insights
- Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes
- Represent company values and culture to candidates and external partners
- Support and drive recruiting process improvements, programs, and initiatives
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
