- Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ for test tooling and firmware interaction
- Embedded firmware validation and debugging experience (2+ years)
- Hands-on hardware debugging with oscilloscope, logic analyzer, and DMM
- Experience building automated test frameworks and integrating them with development workflows
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated HIL/PIL/SIL test suites for firmware and hardware subsystems
- Integrate automated test suites into development pipelines and CI processes
- Create reporting and coverage metrics for automated firmware testing
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to author automated regression tests
- Develop test plans, frameworks, and equipment setups to validate zonal firmware robustness
- Execute targeted test plans to expose faults and report validation results
- Optimize component validation workflows using metric-driven data
Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
