Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test electronics for airborne EO/IR sensor systems, including sensor interfaces and power management
- Support systems engineering by defining requirements from physics-based sensor and system performance models
- Collaborate on PCB layout design and reviews with the electrical engineering team
- Plan and execute laboratory, ground, and flight tests; analyze data and provide technical feedback
- Troubleshoot electronic components and subsystems to ensure reliable performance
- Work with technical leads on system integration and document designs, tests, and processes
Education
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (required)
- Advanced degree in EE, applied physics, or related field (preferred)
