Skills
- RF and microwave circuit design and EM simulation experience
- Mixed-signal PCB design including high-speed SerDes, DDR4, and multi-GHz interfaces
- Experience with processors, FPGAs, Ethernet, I2C/SPI, ADCs/DACs, and power supply design
- Hands-on prototyping, debugging, and test of electronic hardware
- Proficiency in Python and C/C++ for test and automation
- Familiarity with full hardware lifecycle from concept to production
- Experience working on aerospace or mission-critical systems
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-reliability RF/Microwave electronics for satellites and spacecraft
- Perform system trades, requirements capture, component selection, analysis, schematic capture, and PCB layout
- Prototype, bring-up, debug, document, and support manufacturing and test of complex electrical designs
- Support hardware through satellite integration, test, and on-orbit operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, thermal, software, silicon, test engineering, and supply chain
- Drive iterative improvements, challenge assumptions, and apply lessons learned to improve designs
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (required)
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or similar (preferred)
