- Hardware and site design for antennas and supporting infrastructure
- Field deployment and on-site troubleshooting experience
- Ability to create and review construction drawings and build plans
- Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, or structural design and analysis
- Basic scripting or analytical tooling experience (Python, SQL, Matlab) and dashboarding (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Strong project management and cross-functional communication skills
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and work extended hours when required
Responsibilities
- Design antenna sites and supporting site hardware for power, connectivity, and mounting to support Starlink backhaul
- Travel internationally to collaborate with partners and develop infrastructure build-out plans
- Develop processes and methods to enable rapid, repeatable antenna deployment
- Coordinate cross-functionally with business growth, regulatory, and network engineering teams to align technical roadmaps
- Monitor site reliability and implement robust solutions to maintain system health
- Manage project deliverables end-to-end and demonstrate ownership from concept through implementation
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science discipline (required)
- Advanced degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
