Responsibilities
- Develop and implement manufacturing and integration processes for Raptor engine components and assemblies
- Simplify and optimize designs and processes for manufacturability, reliability, and high-rate production
- Conceptualize, demonstrate, and drive innovative manufacturing process improvements and automation
- Lead product introductions and revisions while maintaining process consistency, quality, tooling, and safety
- Conduct root-cause investigations across development, production, test, integration, and launch and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, interface with internal shops and external vendors, and ensure on-time hardware delivery
- Provide vehicle architecture input and take ownership of design and flight readiness for assigned hardware
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (required)
- Related degrees: mechanical, aerospace, manufacturing, or electrical engineering preferred
