Responsibilities
- Integrate vendor/OEM equipment into centralized SCADA for advanced line control
- Maximize uptime and reliability of automation assets across PCB production lines
- Develop data-analysis tools to identify root causes of downtime and propose long-term fixes
- Specify and procure components, sensors, and hardware for controls solutions
- Wire, commission, and validate electromechanical and pneumatic control systems
- Design and commission PLC and HMI applications and extend existing control systems
- Interpret and develop logic for Beckhoff TwinCAT, Siemens TIA, and Allen-Bradley RSLogix
- Read and utilize system-level schematics (electrical/mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic)
- Support production devices including HMIs, VMs, thin clients, and IoT devices
- Maintain safe, clean working environment and adhere to quality and electrical safety codes
Education
- High school diploma or equivalency with 2+ years manufacturing/production experience
- OR Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
