Technical Operations Engineer - Mission Autonomy Systems

- Strong Linux system administration
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Knowledge of low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems
- Hands-on hardware assembly, repair and field maintenance
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting
- Real-time troubleshooting and analytical problem solving
- Comfort working independently in the field and interfacing with customers
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end field support for Mission Autonomy systems including hardware setup and software configuration
- Pre-configure systems and integrate them with customer infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware, electrical, networking, and software issues in real time
- Manage low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components safely and reliably
- Operate and maintain containerized deployments (Kubernetes, Docker) and Linux systems
- Administer Linux systems and serve as subject matter expert for systems administration
- Collaborate with customers, product, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve deployments
- Travel to customer sites up to 75% and perform hands-on assembly, repair, and maintenance
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent experience
- Relevant technical certifications or hands-on trade experience considered a plus
