Responsibilities
- Manage Imaging Business Line P&L with FP&A partners; track budget vs. goals and drive margin-focused actions
- Prepare and present content for Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews to Anduril executives
- Engage with product and program managers to monitor status, risks, and mitigation plans
- Drive annual business-line planning as part of the corporate planning cycle
- Support staffing and hiring: track headcount, coordinate with recruiting, prioritize roles, and advise on assignments
- Build and maintain operational data and systems (Confluence, Jira, shared drives) with corporate technology
- Own internal and cross-company communications for the Imaging business line (All Hands, updates, exec communications)
- Plan and manage facilities, secured spaces, and capital investments
- Lead and execute high-impact special projects (acquisition integrations, production cost reduction strategies, org development, strategic assessments)
Education
- Undergraduate degree in an engineering major (required)
