Responsibilities
- Direct daily operations at the Redmond test site, coordinating with T&E engineers, logistics, and stakeholders
- Use data analytics to optimize site efficiency, space usage, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and resolve site issues through cross-functional collaboration
- Plan and lead operational and workplace projects on schedule and within budget
- Organize and execute internal team and external client events professionally
- Manage site supplies, equipment, and inventory levels for demonstrations and deployments
- Communicate workplace and site updates to employees and stakeholders
- Supervise and maintain efficiency of site coordinators and support staff
- Develop and manage vendor relationships and partnerships
- Support site operations travel up to 20% as required
Education
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree preferred
- OR high school diploma plus a minimum of four years of relevant professional experience
