Responsibilities
- Lead planning and field deployment of Anduril integrated hardware-software C2 products in support of customer missions.
- Serve as a customer-facing account manager working directly with DoD stakeholders to deliver contract requirements and measures of performance.
- Design and manage user feedback loops: gather, triage, prioritize requirements, issues, and operational challenges from training and field use.
- Train end users and create engagement roadmaps, refreshers, and exercise preparation materials.
- Coordinate across engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, and technical operations to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide operational input to engineering to shape product features and configurations that improve user workflows.
- Support lateral integration efforts across service components and commands to increase product adoption.
Education
- Eligible for DoD SkillBridge participation (separating or transitioning service member) or equivalent internship eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or operational field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to obtain or possess required security clearance
